Platform subscription fees
Subscription fees for Vendor Pro and Builder & Business plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be provided for unused days.
Free trials
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without incurring any charges.
Transactions between users
Tribes & Trades is not a party to transactions between buyers, sellers, professionals, or clients conducted through the Platform. Any refunds related to properties, services, or products must be requested directly from the respective vendor. We do not process, mediate, or guarantee refunds for such transactions.
Billing errors
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged for a Platform subscription, please contact us within 14 days at contactus@tribesandtrades.in. We will review your request and issue a correction where appropriate.
