By accessing or using Tribes & Trades ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Platform.
What we are
Tribes & Trades is a community marketplace that connects property seekers, professionals, business owners, and builders within tribal communities, starting in Jharkhand. We provide a listing and discovery platform only and are not a party to any transaction, rental agreement, or service contract formed between users.
Account registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering as a vendor.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
- Each account is limited to one individual or business. Impersonation, misrepresentation, or fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited.
Listings & content
By posting a listing, you confirm that you have the legal right to offer the property, service, or product described and that all information provided is accurate and not misleading. Tribes & Trades reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.
No commission, no guarantee
Tribes & Trades does not charge any commission on transactions between users and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listing. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.
Prohibited conduct
- Posting false, fraudulent, or duplicate listings is strictly prohibited.
- Harassing, abusing, or discriminating against other users is strictly prohibited.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Tribes & Trades is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from interactions or transactions between users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
